Getting started is simple:

2. Create an account or log in, and enable location services to find nearby stores.
3. Select your preferred store based on location, past visits, or estimated wait times, then tap “Join the lineup”.
4. Choose your Stylist for this session and add any guests, if applicable.
5. Tap “Join the lineup” again to confirm your spot.

Once in line, the app’s Haircut Tracker provides real-time updates on your wait time and Stylist availability. When you’re close to arriving, enable location-based check-in or manually notify the stylist of your arrival. If your plans change unexpectedly, you can rejoin the lineup at any time by tapping “Join the lineup” again after arriving at the store.
